At Hina Craft Jewels, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
1. Return Window You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please reach out to us on our WhatsApp: 03151142954 along with your Order ID and photos of the item if there is any issue or damage. Our team will guide you through the process and provide the return shipping instructions.
3. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be transferred directly to your bank account or via your original payment method.
4. Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
